7. Using unauthorized third-party software, tools, or modifications, such as rooting, jailbreaking, or using emulators, to access or use the Product is not allowed.
8. The Product should not be used on uncertified or unauthorized devices, or in abnormal network environments like using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to bypass our security measures.
9. Any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized manipulation of the Product is strictly prohibited. This includes using scripts, bots, or other automated means for in-game actions, or exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Product’s code or interfaces.
10. Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to bypass our security measures, accessing or using the Product from any unauthorized or restricted location, or interfering with or disrupting our network or servers is prohibited.
11. The Product should not be used in any manner that we determine is inappropriate or offensive, and it should not harm our reputation or the reputation of the Product.
12. Do not encourage, promote, or facilitate any of the activities prohibited in this document.
Galaxy Tycoon has the right to suspend or delete any account without notice if it has been inactive for a consecutive period of 180 days. An account will be considered inactive if no Units have been redeemed or credited to it, and no new referrals have been signed up using its referral link. If the account contains any Units or Rewards, they will be considered void without notice.
For anti-cheating purposes, we will retain your device ID for at least 90 days. After deleting an account, you cannot use the same device ID to log in or create a new account again. If an account is found to be involved in cheating, we may retain relevant withdrawal information (such as withdrawal account information) and prohibit its use for future withdrawals.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
